Provide a world-class eCommerce experience that brings products to life by showing shoppers how they’ll look wearing them, that streamlines the checkout process into a single page, and is easily scaled for global expansion in China and Japan.

We developed a unique front-end user experience that engages shoppers who want to browse, shop or simply purchase. It features a simple, streamlined architecture, beautiful product images, promotional areas that brought the bags and brand to life, and embedded video throughout the site.

Leveraging Web 2.0 tools, we created an easily scalable and adaptable site – giving Coach the ability to adjust the look and feel for the US and Asian markets. In just 7 months, global sites were launched in the US, Japan and China.

CROWDSOURCED SOCIAL GALLERY

Coach is asking its customers to take a minute and admire the view from above – of their shoes, of course! Using the #coachfromabove hashtag, fans are asked to share photos of their Coach shoes on Instagram or Twitter for a chance to be featured in a gallery on the company’s website.
